To place an order, please send an email with the product number(s) of the item(s) you are interested in ordering to

Warranty and Repairs
All jewelry is handmade with the finest materials and tested to ensure it's durability. There is a 30-day warranty
on all jewelry. After that period of time, there will be a fee for repairs and shipping.

Bracelet Sizes
Standard bracelet size is 7 1/2" for a 6 1/2" wrist measurement. Adjustments can be made for a
smaller or larger wrist measurement at time of purchase. Call for specifics.

Caring For Your Jewelry
Bracelets strung on beading wire should not be worn to bed or in the shower (or swimming) -- the wire will
rust and wear out -- it must be treated like a fine piece of jewelry. Silver can be polished with polishing
cloths but in order to protect your purchase, it is recommended that you do not dip jewelry in any kind of cleaner.

Returns
Returns are not accepted for custom pieces -- all other returns will be accepted within 14 days of
purchase and must accompany a receipt. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the item but not for any
shipping costs incurred. After 14 days a credit can be issued toward another piece of jewelry from The Gilded Lily.

Shipping and Fees
Orders will be filled within 2-4 weeks -- if anything is needed sooner, please specify and we will do our
best to accommodate your request. Orders will be shipped first class and insured.
